Paul Louis Mancinone was born, raised and educated locally in Springfield, Massachusetts. He attended Westfield State College, graduating in 1986. At the age of 21, he passed the uniform CPA examination, earning the coveted Certificate of Achievement from the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s. Mr. Mancinone then attended Western New England College School of Law, working as a CPA during the day, and attending evening classes. Upon graduation, the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP recruited him. In 1995, Mr. Mancinone established the Paul L. Mancinone Company, P.C. He is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut, and before the United States Tax Court.

OUR FIRM

The firm of Paul Mancinone Company, P.C. was formed in 1995. Our office originated in Hartford, Connecticut, in October 1995 and in November 1999, the offices moved to 95 State Street, Springfield. After another move to Longmeadow, Massachusetts, we are proud to return to 95 State Street, Springfield, where we currently occupy a spacious office suite on the 11th floor.

Our firm has successfully represented many individuals and businesses before taxing authorities and is proud to be among the leading problem resolution firms for tax matters in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. We understand the responsibility that comes with that status, and carry out our professional responsibility with integrity and professionalism, where client’s needs come first.
